4. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Credit System

Credits are used for various actions within the platform (scraping, email generation, etc.). Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless you have an annual plan. Unused credits do not roll over.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIOLEADS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AIOLEADS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
